In-Game Purchases and Ranks:
Purchasing Ranks:Players can purchase ranks, in-game items, and other premium features through the server’s official store or other provided discord channels
Refund Policy: Refunds for any purchases are only available within 2 hours of the transaction. After 2 hours, we do not offer refunds.
Rank Transfer: Ranks are non-transferable. Once a rank is purchased, it cannot be moved to another account.
No Chargebacks: By purchasing anything through our server, you agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks with payment providers.
Discord Rules Respectful Behavior: Treat others with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior will be tolerated.
Spam and Advertising: Spamming or advertising non-PrimeCraft-related content in the Discord server is prohibited.
Voice Chat Conduct: Keep voice channels respectful and friendly. Any inappropriate language or disruptive behavior may result in a mute or ban.
Account Responsibility:You are responsible for your Discord account and actions. If your account is used in violation of these terms, you may face penalties and timeout.
General Conduct Fair Play: Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited and will result in an account ban or temp-ban
Toxicity: We encourage a friendly, welcoming environment for all players. Toxic behavior or abuse towards other players, moderators, or admins will not be tolerated.
Server Moderation: We reserve the right to remove players or ban accounts for violating these terms or acting against the best interest of the community.
Account Termination Ban Appeal: If you feel you were wrongly banned, you may contact us to appeal your ban. However, repeated rule-breaking will lead to permanent termination without appeal.
Termination of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms at our discretion.
Updates to the Terms We may update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or Discord, and the updated terms will apply to all users.
Limitation of Liability PrimeCraft is not responsible for any loss of in-game data or items caused by the fault from Yourside and we are not liable for any damages or issues resulting from the use of our server, Discord, or In-game services from Yourside.
